As the harvest season approaches, we have been finalising the details of this grain store and lean-to, which includes 4m high concrete panels with spill flashings, an anthracite fibre cement roof, and Merlin Grey side cladding. Roller shutter doors will be installed upon the building’s completion.
In addition to our standard fabrication drawings, we supplied the client with an extensive cladding take-off and flashing specifications.
Over the last 6 months, we have been busy detailing various access platforms for Severn Trent, Yorkshire Water and Anglian Water sewage treatment schemes.
Our team were recently tasked with the detailing of multiple exciting infrastructure projects across the UK. Consisting of lift shafts and staircases for various train stations.
We did the design and detailing for these wind baffles for a long standing client.
These 3 different types of baffles, which are a combination of perforated and solid sheet construction will be installed at seven different strategic positions at Station Hill, Reading, which will keep pedestrians safe from high winds.
Whilst appearing elegantly simple, these three distinct baffle designs required sophisticated engineering to ensure optimal performance. The governing design criteria was the 1 in 50 year aerodynamic instability analysis.
We completed the fabrication drawings for this impressive 110 structural steel project.
We assisted with detailing the structural elements for a new council housing developments that will provide a much needed 53 homes for the community.
We recently completed work on an events pavilion for one of our good clients.
This project showcased our ability to adapt and deliver exceptional results under tight deadlines.
Despite multiple design changes, we were able to move from the initial order to final completion in just 12 days.
This included getting the design approved, finishing the connection design, and issuing our comprehensive fabrication package.
We’re proud to showcase two intricately designed stairs that we fabricated for our client.
The stairs snake through an existing steel structure, with box section hangars supporting the mid landings.
Our creativity and precision ensure our stairs not only meet the most sensing architectural visions but also integrate seamlessly with surrounding structures.
Our realistic 3D renders accurately depicted the complex geometries specified in our drawings.
It’s rewarding to see the finished products installed to our specifications.
